MEMORANDUM FOR DOBBINS TOP 3 MEMBERS FROM: President, Dobbins Top Three Association SUBJECT: Dobbins Top 3 Meeting Minutes, 6 December 2009 1. Members Present: 26 2. Attention to Order, Pledge of Allegiance and prayers: MSgt Larry Lopez called the meeting to order at 1305 hours. Pledge of Allegiance and the Airman’s Creed was said by all. Prayers were said by MSgt Varnado. 3. Old Business: The last month meeting minutes are posted at http://dobbinstop3.com/ . Old minutes were read and available funds were announced by SMSgt Deaton. New membership dues are due. Please fill out the membership forms and rejoin for another exiting year. See SMSgt Bonny Brooks. 4. New Business: Announcements by President: There will be a CoP coming in January 2010. We want to post all activities of what we have done in the past, and post future items of activities to come. Let’s elect a new Vice President. MSgt Scott Yoder nominated MSgt Jeffery Botz for VP. He is a loadmaster assigned to the Airlift Squadron and is graduating from Sr. NCO school. Everyone voted and nominated MSgt Jeffery Botz as our new VP. New Committee Chairperson’s are needed to hold function for next year. The following volunteered for these functions: Air Force Ball or Dining Out: MSgt Masud Warrior Days: MSgt Vernado Family Day: SMSgt Deaton Scholarship Funds: SMSgt Aickelin Beautification project for Dobbins: MSgt Pierce Sub for Santa: CMSgt Les Davy: Motion was made to vote for another start time to hold our meetings. We voted for 1230 hours on Sundays of each UTA. Lets support the 56 Group out in the hanger. They are getting ready for their NCO Induction ceremony. 5. Treasurer Report: Total: $891.89. 6.
